About Us

The Kassel Documentary Film and Video Festival is a yearly six-day event taking place in Mid-November, organizer is the Filmladen Kassel e.V. As a film and media festival with an international approach and a strong focus on new media the Kassel Dokfest is unique in Hesse.

DokfestStreams is the virtual extension of the cinema and makes a large part of the film program available online.
